Lucrezia Ravera is a Fixed-term Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Science and Technology (DISAT) at Politecnico di Torino. Her scientific disciplinary sector is PHYS-02/A - Theoretical Physics of Fundamental Interactions, Models, Mathematical Methods and Applications within Area 0002 - Physical Sciences. Her research interests span a wide range of theoretical physics topics including black holes, differential geometry, fiber bundles, general relativity, gravity, modified gravity, quantum field theory, quantum gravity, quantum mechanics, relativity, special relativity, supergravity, supersymmetry, and symmetry. She focuses specifically on theoretical physics of fundamental interactions and relationality via the "dressing field method". Her recent publications (2024-2025) demonstrate a strong focus on geometric approaches to theoretical physics, particularly in supergravity, gauge field theories, and the dressing field method. These works appear in high-impact journals including Journal of High Energy Physics, Fortschritte der Physik, and Annals of Physics, indicating significant contributions to mathematical physics and theoretical particle physics. She serves as Scientific Director/Manager for the GrIFOS research project (Group theoretical Investigation and geometric Formulation of Off-shell Supergravity in superspace), funded through PNRR Mission 4 (2025-2028). Her teaching responsibilities include Elements of Field Theory for Physics PhD students (2020/21, 2022/23, 2024/25) and Physics I & II courses across multiple engineering programs including Biomedical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical and Food Engineering, and Management Engineering.
