Mark Razzante is Dean at Samuel Merritt University's College of Podiatric Medicine and a practicing Podiatric Surgeon with a DPM degree. He has held faculty positions at both Samuel Merritt University and Kent State University's College of Podiatric Medicine in the Department of Podiatric Surgery. Education: Undergraduate in Chemistry at John Carroll University, Master’s in Bioethics at Case Western University, Podiatric training at California School of Podiatric Medicine (class of 2012), and residency at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center (2015). His research focuses on Podiatric Surgery , particularly Foot and Ankle Disorders , 3D Printing Applications in surgical solutions, and Diabetic Foot Care . His work explores titanium implant hypersensitivity, biomarker-driven amputation strategies, and sport-specific foot conditions. Recent publications highlight endoscopic calcaneoplasty , avascular necrosis , and transmetatarsal amputation techniques. Publications trend toward minimally invasive surgical outcomes , 3D printing innovations, and diabetic limb salvage . His contributions span clinical research , medical education , and athletic foot biomechanics .
