Andreas Haeberlen is a Professor in the Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Pennsylvania, where he is a member of the Distributed Systems Lab (DSL) and co-director of the NETS program. He is currently on a leave of absence from Penn to lead the new systems group at Roblox Research, focusing on large-scale distributed systems in cloud and metaverse environments.
