Caitlin McMullin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Sciences and Business Management and Organization at Roskilde University's Roskilde School of Governance. Her research focuses on co-production of public services, migrant integration, institutional logics, and nonprofit organization dynamics. She has held continuous academic appointments since at least 2018, leading research projects like 'The role of refugee and local volunteers in co-producing integration services' (ongoing) and 'Faire Ensemble: The co-creation of community projects' (2018-2019). Her work critically examines citizen involvement in public service delivery, highlighting challenges such as digital divide impacts on migrant services and sustainability of co-production initiatives.
