Nasrin Asgari is an Associate Professor in Supply Chain Management at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), located in Cambridge. She holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Tarbiat Modarres University and a PGCER in Learning and Teaching from the University of Portsmouth. Articles span real-world applications in maritime logistics, wheat storage systems, and faith community operations. Awards and Affiliations : Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) Associate Editor, 'Supply Chain Analytics' journal Reviewer for 'European Journal of Operational Research' and others Grants and Consulting include a £2,500 grant from the Southland Methodist Trust for operations management in faith communities. She has also led projects on hazmat routing and food waste reduction. Active in editorial roles and international conferences, her research bridges theoretical models with industrial case studies across manufacturing, oil distribution, and hospitality sectors.
