K.C. Chang is a Professor in the Department of Systems Engineering and Operations Research at George Mason University's Volgenau School of Engineering. He is the Director of the Sensor Fusion Lab and the coordinator of the Financial Engineering Program at GMU, reflecting his interdisciplinary research focus on data fusion and probabilistic reasoning.
