Dr. Günay ARSLAN is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Child Health and Disease Nursing at Üsküdar Üniversitesi. She holds a PhD from Marmara Üniversitesi (2023) and has been actively involved in research and education since 2012. Her academic roles include serving as Head of ÜSÇÖZÜM Research Center (2024-present), coordinator for multiple research groups, and student adviser. She specializes in neonatal care, maternal health, and nursing education innovations. Her research focuses on non-pharmacological interventions in neonatal units, vaccination education for expectant mothers, and challenges faced by international nursing students. Key publications include work on childbirth anxiety, pediatric vaccination attitudes, and noise reduction strategies in neonatal intensive care units.
