Prof. Leon Oerlemans is a Full Professor in the Department of Organization Studies at Tilburg University and holds an Extraordinary Professorship in Economics of Innovation at the University of Pretoria. His career spans over three decades with roles at multiple institutions including Eindhoven University of Technology and Utrecht University. He specializes in organizational dynamics, innovation, and inter-organizational relationships. He has supervised 23 PhD students and co-authored over 169 publications. His research explores topics like temporary organizational forms, healthcare networks, and leadership behaviors in project settings. Education: PhD in Economics of Technology and Innovation (Eindhoven University of Technology, 1996). Earlier roles include Assistant/Associate Professorships at various Dutch institutions. He is affiliated with organizations like 't Elftal tegen Armoede and chairs the Tilburgs OndersteuningsFonds board.
