Dr. Rik Peters is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Arts, University of Groningen, specializing in Modern History, Philosophy of History, and Rhetoric. He holds a PhD in Philosophy (cum laude, 1998) and a Master's in History (cum laude, 1988). His research focuses on learning histories, rhetorical theory, and constitutional studies, with notable contributions to understanding institutional memory and political discourse.
