Professor Jacqueline O’Reilly is a Professor of Comparative Human Resource Management at the University of Sussex Business School , where she serves as Co-Director of the ESRC Centre for Digital Futures at Work. She has held academic positions at institutions including the Social Science Research Centre Berlin, Sciences Po, and Brighton Business School, and her research focuses on the digital transformation of work , comparative employment practices , and gender and ethnic inequalities in labour markets .
