Dr. Anshu Saxena Arora is a tenured Professor of Marketing at the University of the District of Columbia’s School of Business and Public Administration. She directs the AI, Social Robotics & Behavioral Research Lab and the Logistics & International Trade (LIT) Analytics Center of Excellence, focusing on AI-driven marketing, social robotics, and ethical AI governance. She employs mixed-methods research including PLS-SEM, textual analysis, and sentiment analysis. Her NSF-funded projects integrate AI and robotics into STEM-business programs while promoting women’s workforce development. Recent publications highlight her work on social-educational robotics , AX̂IS robotics , chatbot cybersecurity , and inclusive technology applications . She has received the AACSB Innovations Award, WOC STEM Technology Rising Star Award, and Fellow status in the Academy of International Business Southeast. As founding director of two research centers and leader of NSF-funded international study programs, Dr. Arora combines academic leadership with technological innovation . Her lab initiatives explore social robotics for special education and women’s STEM empowerment, while her teaching portfolio includes digital marketing, AI-driven consumer behavior, and advanced robotics applications.
