Vladimir M. Stojanovic is a Visiting Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), affiliated with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and the Research Laboratory of Electronics. Dr. Stojanovic was born in 1974 in Kragujevac, Serbia. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade and completed his master's thesis and doctoral dissertation at Stanford University in the United States. His research spans several key areas in electrical engineering and computer science, with particular expertise in integrated systems design. His work focuses on modeling of noise and dynamics in complex systems, digital communications protocols, and the design of analog and VLSI circuits. He has made significant contributions to communications and signal processing technologies, with recent work emphasizing high-speed electrical and optical links and transceiver design. His research has practical applications in high-performance computing, telecommunications infrastructure, and next-generation networking technologies.
