Sonia Adam-Ledunois is a Senior Lecturer at Paris Dauphine-PSL University , where she conducts research at the DRM Laboratory (UMR CNRS 7088 - M-Lab team) and serves as an associate researcher at the Cercle de l'innovation (Fondation Dauphine) . Since 2024, she has been Vice-President of Paris Dauphine-PSL University, focusing on partnerships and corporate relations. Her research explores cooperation between internal and external actors, innovative organizational configurations , and the interplay between collaborative dynamics, openness, and societal impact. She is a pioneer in integrating science fiction as a research tool to analyze and prototype management practices, theories, and R&D processes. Adam-Ledunois is also a member of the scientific committee for the Red Team Defense program (Ministry of the Armed Forces, France). Her work emphasizes research-intervention and collaborative research in sectors like automotive, medico-social, reception-accommodation-integration, ESS (Economie Sociale et Solidaire), and defense. She leads the House of Entrepreneurship at Paris Dauphine-PSL and co-created the Observatoire de l'innovation managériale and the Musée du Management . She teaches social innovation , impact-driven entrepreneurship , and management innovation , while advising on research methodology. Her scientific contributions span organizational innovation , science fiction applications , gender dynamics , and collaborative tools . She is involved in foundations like Fondation Dauphine and Fondation Tasmane , focusing on responsible digital transformation and social impact. Additionally, she chairs the scientific committee of the Résidence de recherche pour le bien commun .
