Loraine Furter is a graphic designer, researcher, and Tutor at Sint Lucas Antwerpen since 2019. Based in Brussels, she specializes in intersectional feminism , editorial design , and hybrid publishing , blending physical and digital media. Her work explores the socio-political dimensions of typography, particularly in Armenian type design and gender-fluid typography . Research Highlights : Co-founder of the research group Intersections of Care (2019—, supported by FRArt/FNRS) and the typography collective Bye Bye Binary (2018—). Publications & Collaborations : Extensive contributions to feminist publishing, including Speaking Volumes (2017—ongoing) and Badass Libre Fonts by Womxn (2016—).
