Prof. Dr. Kamile Nazan TURHAN is a Professor of Food Engineering at Izmir University of Economics, Turkey. She serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology and Food Science and Head of the Department of Food Engineering. Her academic career includes roles at Mersin University and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Wisconsin, USA.
