Dániel Apai is a Professor at the University of Arizona in the Department of Planetary Sciences , with affiliations at the Steward Observatory and Lunar and Planetary Laboratory (LPL) . He serves as the Interim Associate Dean for Research in the College of Science and leads the Alien Earths project, a NASA NExSS initiative focused on habitable exoplanets.
