Philipp Lutz is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Senior Researcher at the University of Geneva, and a Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics. He holds a PhD from the University of Bern (2019) and focuses on migration governance, European integration, and public policy. His work examines the political consequences of international migration, including refugee policies, trade agreements, and EU externalization strategies.
