Nanna Lien is a Professor in Nutritional Epidemiology at the University of Oslo's Faculty of Medicine, affiliated with the Division of Nutritional Epidemiology. She holds additional roles such as Deputy Editor of the International Journal of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity , and membership in the Norwegian National Nutrition Council. Her research focuses on dietary habits, obesity prevention interventions, and socio-economic disparities in health outcomes, particularly among children and adolescents. Education: PhD in Public Health Nutrition (2002, University of Oslo), Cand. Agric. in Food Science (1996, Norwegian Agricultural University). Prior roles include Researcher at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (2009-2011) and postdoctoral fellow (2002-2007).
