Andrew Rosman, Ph.D., serves as Dean and Professor at Nova Southeastern University's H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business & Entrepreneurship since 2019. He oversees strategic initiatives, curriculum development, institutional assessment, and alumni relations. Previously, he held deanship roles at Fairleigh Dickinson University (2014-2019) and LIU Post (2012-2014), and was a faculty member at the University of Connecticut (1989-2012) where he founded the online MS in Accounting Program. Education Ph.D. in Business from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill B.B.A. in Public Accounting from Hofstra University Dr. Rosman's research explores how decision-makers utilize information, with a focus on improving judgment in accounting and auditing contexts. His work spans behavioral accounting, online education methodologies, and financial reporting practices. He has pioneered innovations in asynchronous online graduate programs and developed business-focused minors for interdisciplinary students. His scholarly output includes publications in top journals like the Journal of Accounting and Economics , Auditing: A Journal of Practice & Theory , and Academy of Management Journal . Dr. Rosman has received recognition from the United States Distance Learning Association for online education excellence and was honored as a University Fellow at UConn (2001).
