David J. Klotzkin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Binghamton University, where he has been a faculty member since 2008. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and has received notable awards, including the departmental research award in 2010 and the Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching (2016-2017). His educational background includes a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1988), an MS in Materials Science from Cornell University (1994), and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan (1998).
