Youssef Harrath is an Associate Professor at The Beacom College of Computer & Cyber Sciences, Dakota State University since July 2023. He previously held academic roles at institutions including the University of Bahrain (13 years), University of Hail (Saudi Arabia, 5 years), and several French institutions. His research focuses on optimization algorithms, scheduling systems, and smart technologies. He has been an IEEE Senior Member since 2019 and served in leadership roles within the IEEE Bahrain Computer Society.
