Ján Pánik is a researcher at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics and Faculty of Medicine of Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. He is affiliated with the Department of Nuclear Physics and Biophysics and the CENTA research group. Since 2017, he has contributed to interdisciplinary projects linking physics and medical sciences. Education: Bs in Physics (2011), Mgr. in Nuclear and Subnuclear Physics (2013), PhD in Environmental Physics (2018) Research focuses on ion beam analysis (PIXE/PIGE), accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS), and environmental radioactivity studies. His work spans biophysics (analysis of brain/placenta tissues), astrophysics (meteorite composition), and material sciences (target development). Publications reveal expertise in nuclear analytical methods and radionuclide tracking across diverse samples.
