Dr Linh Duong is a Senior Lecturer in Operations Management at the Faculty of Business and Law, University of the West of England, UK. His research focuses on sustainable and resilient supply chain management, particularly in vulnerable contexts such as the agri-food industry, tourism, and SMEs. He explores the intersection of digital transformation, innovation, and collaboration among supply chain partners.
