Hanne Berthelsen is an Associate Professor of Leadership and Organisation at Malmö University, specifically affiliated with the Faculty of Odontology. She holds additional qualifications including Dr. Odont. (2010), MPH (2003), and DDS (1986). Her primary research affiliation is with the Centre for Work Life Studies, where she conducts multidisciplinary research focused on work life and organization. Her educational background spans dentistry, public health, and organizational leadership, creating a unique interdisciplinary perspective. She earned her DDS in 1986, followed by an MPH in 2003, and completed her doctoral degree in Odontology in 2010. Hanne Berthelsen's research focuses on the organizational and social work environment in human services, with particular emphasis on workplace climate for quality work performance, negative behaviors in work life, and the development and validation of instruments for risk management. Her work bridges the fields of dentistry, public health, and organizational psychology, creating a unique interdisciplinary approach to understanding workplace dynamics. Her recent research has increasingly focused on digital workplace issues, particularly cyber mistreatment in educational settings and healthcare environments. She has developed tools for addressing digital relations in schools and has extensively studied workplace aggression in various service sectors.
