Carol Flinchbaugh is a Professor and Department Head in the Department of Management at the College of Business, New Mexico State University (NMSU). Her expertise spans strategic human resource management, workplace stress, and multigenerational workforce dynamics. She advises the NMSU student SHRM Chapter and holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Kansas, complemented by an MBA from Indiana University and M.Ed. in Counseling from Lynchburg College.
