Richard Keklak is an Assistant Professor and Vice-Dean for Bachelor's and Master's Studies at Paneuropean University , affiliated with the Faculty of Mass Media and the Institute of Mass Media and Marketing Communication . His collaborations span Slovakia, Ukraine, Poland, and the Czech Republic, focusing on media systems, educational technology, and psychosocial dynamics. Richard combines academic leadership with practical experience in educational program development and personnel consulting. He emphasizes social sensitivity , methodological precision , and human resources innovation through psychodiagnostic tools and assessment centers.
