Prof. Dr. Sevda Asqarova is currently Head of the Occupational Therapy Department at Üsküdar University's Faculty of Health Sciences, Head of the Occupational Therapy Department at the Health Sciences Institute, and Director of the MÜTEM Music Therapy Research and Application Center. She also serves on the International Advisory Board of the British Journal of Occupational Therapy (BJOT) and the Music Therapy Practice Advisory Commission under Turkey's Ministry of Health. Her career spans academic leadership, research, and international collaboration.
