Dr. Christina Platz is a Senior Lecturer in Intellectual Property Law, Negotiation, and Contract Law at RMIT University's School of Law in Melbourne, Australia. She holds a PhD from La Trobe University and a law degree from the University of Southern Denmark. Her research focuses on copyright law, technology, dispute resolution mechanisms, and emotion in conflict. Platz is also an AMDRAS-accredited mediator with extensive legal practice experience in Denmark and Australia.
