Dr. Shwu-Min Horng is a Professor and current Chairman of the Department of Business Administration at National ChengChi University in Taipei, Taiwan. With a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management from Arizona State University, he has built an academic career spanning over two decades at NCCU, progressing from Assistant Professor (2004-2012) to Associate Professor (2012-2020) before attaining full professorship in 2020. His administrative leadership includes serving as Department Chairman since 2023.
