Ole Schultz is an Associate Professor in the Department of Engineering Technology and Didactics Energy Technology and Computer Science at DTU. His work focuses on IoT, embedded systems, and sustainable development applications in education and environmental monitoring. He holds a Master's in Industrial IT from Aalborg University (2004-2006) and a Diplomingeniør from Ingeniørhøjskolen i Odense (1979-1983). Research Interests: Schultz specializes in IoT sensor networks, embedded programming, and smart infrastructure solutions. His work addresses challenges in smart cities, environmental monitoring, and educational technology. He actively contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to sustainable cities and communities (SDG 11) and climate action (SDG 13). Key Projects: InnoTech TaskForce (2023-2025): Developing digital solutions for green transition. F2D2: The Community for Dynamic Data (2021-2030): Cybersecurity and smart city initiatives. Green Downspout (2021-2022): IoT-based rainwater management systems. Awards: Recipient of the prestigious AEG Elektron prisen in 2016 for outstanding contributions in electrical engineering. Labs & Teams: Leads the NeuralFidelity Initiative (2023-2024) focusing on EEG signal precision analysis and collaborates with the InnoTech and F2D2 research communities.
