Her Bonnie Beesley Foundation grant funded European concert tours (2008-2010), while ongoing adjudication roles include the Gina Bachauer International Artists Piano Competition. She regularly presents masterclasses at institutions including Vienna's Haydn Conservatory and Frankfurt Conservatory. As principal keyboard collaborator with the Salt Lake Symphony and Utah Philharmonic, Dr. Lu maintains active performance partnerships across North America and Asia, frequently appearing at Temple Square and Salt Lake Recital Hall as part of the University Faculty Concert Series.
