Susan Jung Grant is a Clinical Associate Professor of Marketing at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, where she teaches and innovates curriculum across undergraduate, MBA, and master’s programs. She plays a central role in the experiential Master of Science in Management Studies (MSMS) program designed for STEM graduates. Her research focuses on how marketing influences consumer cognition, with interests in innovation, evolutionary psychology, and financial decision-making. She explores how theoretical frameworks apply in real-world contexts, often in collaboration with leading companies such as AT&T, Bose, Uber, and Quintiles. The most recent publications reflect a strong emphasis on consumer psychology, pricing strategies, and new product acceptance, published in top marketing journals.
