Dragana Grbavac is a Senior Lecturer at Linnaeus University’s Department of Pedagogy, Faculty of Social Sciences. She has been active since 2011, specializing in preschool teacher education and practice-based learning (VFU). As program manager for the LGFOR preschool teacher program and deputy head of the Department of Pedagogy, she oversees full-time campus-based education. Her research focuses on tripartite conversation feedback practices in preschool teacher training and collaborative international learning (e.g., COIL projects with UCLL, Belgium). She leads the Action Research in Preschool Teacher Education project, fostering development-oriented educational practices. Grbavac teaches courses including VFU I-IV and Special Educational Approach in Preschool, emphasizing practical pedagogical skills. Research interests span preschool education methodologies, teacher-student互动 dynamics, and innovative educational technologies. She collaborates with the Research on Pedagogical Professions and Practices (PEPP) group. Her recent work explores digital health interventions, sleep-related studies, and child mental health perceptions, published in journals like BMC Public Health and Sleep Health . Grbavac’s projects aim to bridge theory and practice in teacher education through action research and international partnerships.
