Hannah Burrack is a Researcher at the Department of Entomology & Plant Pathology , North Carolina State University . Her work focuses on entomology , integrated pest management (IPM) , and pest control in small fruits and industrial crops , particularly strawberries, grapes, and hemp. Research Areas : Insect pest biology, IPM strategies, agricultural chemical applications, and sustainable crop protection in fruit and tobacco systems. Publications : Over 15 recent works on pest management in strawberries, grapes, and industrial hemp, including studies on Spotted Wing Drosophila , Cyclamen Mites , Hemp Russet Mites , and Fire Ants . Collaborations : Regularly works with NC State Extension specialists and researchers on multidisciplinary projects related to plant health and pest control.
