Prof. Muge KLEIN is a Professor at the Turkish-German University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. She holds a Doctorate from Karlsruhe University (Economic Sciences) and a degree in Computer-Business from the University of Vienna. Her academic journey includes roles as Assistant Professor (Marmara University, 1998-2013) and Associate Professor (Turkish-German University, 2015-2021) before attaining her current rank. Her research focuses on digital transformation, QR code applications in marketing, enterprise social software, and leadership in the digital age. Notable works include studies on Turkish-German consumer behavior comparisons, digital leadership frameworks, and virtual team competencies. She has authored over 15 peer-reviewed articles across international and national journals, emphasizing technology adoption barriers, process management, and strategic innovation. Her academic contributions span conferences such as the 9th Organizational Behavior Congress (2022), where she presented virtual team competency models. Prof. KLEIN’s work bridges management information systems, marketing strategies, and organizational dynamics, contributing to both theoretical and practical advancements in digital business ecosystems.
