Theocharis Tsoutsos is a Professor at the Technical University of Crete, affiliated with the School of Chemical Engineering and Environmental Management (ChEnVEng). He leads the Renewable and Sustainable Energy Systems Laboratory under Division I, focusing on Environmental & Energy Management, Sustainable Development, and Climate Change.
