Megan Lawrence is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management in the Strategy and Business Economics group at the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management . Her research focuses on organizational adaptation, knowledge evolution, and managerial strategies across firms ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups. Education: D.B.A. in Strategy from Harvard Business School (2016), B.S.E. in Operations Research & Financial Engineering from Princeton University (2006) Her research interests include organizational management practices, firm capabilities, and structural adaptation. Articles like 'The Growth of Hierarchy in Organizations' and 'Learning to Manage Breadth' highlight her work on knowledge scope, experience repetition, and implementation performance.
