Dr. Nimai Parmar is an Associate Professor in Sport Performance Analysis at Middlesex University's London Sports Institute. He leads the MSc Sport Performance Analysis program and oversees postgraduate sports education both on-campus and online. With extensive international curriculum development experience across 5+ countries, Parmar focuses on advancing sport analytics through innovative EDI mentorship programs and industry partnerships with Olympic/Paralympic teams and governing bodies. His research emphasizes tactical analysis in football, rugby, and handball, while his leadership roles include Executive Committee membership with the International Society of Performance Analysis of Sport (ISPAS). Education: PhD in Sport Performance Analysis (Middlesex University, 2017). Professional roles include external examinations at Worcester University and Cardiff Metropolitan University, plus consultancy with professional sports organizations. Active in international conferences, having edited 3 conference proceedings books. Research interests span performance indicators development, tactical game analysis, and workforce diversity in sports analytics. Supervised 8 current PhD students and 11 completed postgraduate research projects. Recognized for contributions to international accreditation frameworks and sports technology integration.
