Dr. He Huang is a Lecturer at the University of Sydney Business School since 2021. He holds a PhD, MPhil, and MCom from the University of Sydney, and a BCom from Victoria University of Wellington. His research focuses on corporate finance, financial regulation, and credit ratings, with notable contributions analyzing geopolitical risk impacts on credit spreads, regulatory reforms in credit rating systems, and labor mobility effects on corporate debt strategies. He teaches courses such as Derivative Securities, Financial Risk Management, and International Business Finance. In 2024, he received the University of Sydney Strategic Education Grant. His recent work explores asymmetric audit fee reactions to credit rating changes and the pricing of credit rating disagreements in M&A markets.
