Richard Barker

Richard Barker is Professor of Accounting at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. His research focuses on corporate reporting, financial accounting, and sustainability initiatives. He chairs the Expert Panel of Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) and previously served on UK accounting standards bodies. With degrees from Oxford and Cambridge, he qualified as a chartered management accountant at AstraZeneca. He has held visiting roles at Stanford and INSEAD.
