Marcel Joss is a Lecturer at the Institute of Electrical Engineering (IET) within the Lucerne School of Engineering and Architecture at Hochschule Luzern, Technik & Architektur. He has held this position since 2003 and previously served as the Head of the Electrical Engineering Department (2005–2010) and project leader for Bologna reform implementation (2003–2005). His expertise spans telecommunications, microwave engineering, and autonomous systems.
