Zulfikar Adamu is an Associate Professor of Strategic IT in Construction at London South Bank University (LSBU), affiliated with the Construction, Property and Surveying Digital x Data Research Centre. He served as Associate Head of the Construction, Property, and Surveying (CPS) Division from February 2020 to February 2021. His expertise spans Building Information Modelling (BIM), Construction Data Analytics, Blockchain development, Smart Buildings, IoT integration, and Serious Game development using VR/AR for the construction sector. He holds advanced programming skills in languages like Python and Unity3d, and is certified as a Unity Game Developer. Professional affiliations include the British Computer Society (BCS), the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), and memberships with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (FCABE) and the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
