Zoran Grgić is a Full Professor at the Department of Management and Rural Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Zagreb. He teaches 14+ courses including Case Studies in Agribusiness, Research Methods in Beekeeping, Cost Management in Agribusiness, and Financial Management in Agribusiness.
His research focuses on agricultural economics and management systems, particularly farm cost structures, competitiveness of family enterprises, and sustainable resource utilization in Croatian agriculture. Key methodologies include subsector analysis and techno-economic modeling of agricultural production systems.
