Dr. Zoe Noonan is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow's School of Health & Wellbeing, Department of General Practice. She holds roles as Clinical Assessment Lead for the Undergraduate Medical School, Senior Clinical Tutor, and Module Lead for Year 3 Clinical Practice in the Community. She completed her MBChB at the University of Birmingham (2001) and a Master's in Medical Education at Keele University (2017). Her research focuses on clinical assessment methodologies, medical student learning in multimorbidity contexts, and innovative GP curriculum design.
Her work emphasizes patient-centered care and inclusive communication skills, with recent contributions to virtual GP tutorials and out-of-hours teaching models. Awards include Best Poster at the ADEGS conference (2023 & 2024). She has published extensively on OSCE evaluations, near-peer teaching, and pandemic-adapted medical training. Her teaching innovations aim to enhance clinical competency through flexible GP teaching capacity and sustainable educational frameworks.
