Zhongmin Liu

Dr. Zhongmin Liu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Basic Immunology and Microbiology at the School of Life Sciences, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). He pursued his PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Peking University Health Science Center and completed postdoctoral training at Tsinghua University.

• Research Focus: Mechanism of macromolecular complexes via Cryo-EM, biochemistry, and cell biology
• Key Directions: Stress granule homeostasis in innate immunity and transmembrane transporter mechanisms
• Recent Article Trends: GPCR activation, RNA-protein complexes, multidrug resistance transporters
