Professor Zhili Sun is a Chair Professor of Communication Networking and PGR Director at the Institute for Communication Systems (ICS) within the School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering at the University of Surrey. He holds a BSc in Mathematics from Nanjing University (1982) and a PhD in Computer Science from Lancaster University (1991).
