Israel Leyva Mayorga is an Associate Professor at Aalborg University within the Department of Electronic Systems, part of the Technical Faculty of IT and Design. His research focuses on satellite communications, non-terrestrial networks (NTNs), and IoT connectivity in 5G/6G systems.
Key research interests include LEO satellite constellations, random access protocols, energy-efficient wireless systems, and edge computing.
