معرفی
Dr. Zhijin Guo is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford's Department of Engineering Science, affiliated with the Oxford-Man Institute. He collaborates with Professors Janet B. Pierrehumbert and Xiaowen Dong on projects involving graph-based machine learning and social network dynamics.
- Education:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science & NLP (2021-2024), University of Bristol
- M.Sc. Advanced Computer Science (2019-2020), University of Sheffield
- B.Sc. Software Engineering (2015-2019), Northeastern University
His research focuses on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), and Knowledge Graph Embedding, with applications in social network analysis, recommender systems, and financial analytics. Current work uses hybrid RAG pipelines and GNNs to forecast online community fragmentation.
Recent publications address embedding compositionality, bias mitigation in knowledge graphs, and medical influencer networks. He has developed techniques for measuring attribute correlation in embeddings and constructing transparent bias-control systems.
Professional experience includes quantitative research consulting at Predictive Labs Ltd, teaching NLP at the University of Bristol, and Twitter data analysis at the University of Bristol.
