Zhihe Jin is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the College of Engineering, University of Maine. His research focuses on advanced material failure mechanisms and energy conversion systems.

Research Interests: Specializing in fracture mechanics of composites and ceramics, thermal stress analysis, fluid migration through fractures, and thermo-poroelasticity. Current projects involve thermoelectric materials and geological fracture dynamics.
