Zheyuan He is a dedicated researcher affiliated with the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in the Division of Theoretical Computer Science and pursuing a PhD at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). Guided by Prof. Martin Monperrus at KTH, his research focuses on advancing blockchain security by addressing vulnerabilities in storage mechanisms, transaction fee protocols, and smart contract robustness.
His work spans key subfields such as Blockchain Security, Smart Contracts, Cryptography, and Distributed Systems. Recent publications explore topics like resource consumption exacerbation in blockchain state storage, finalization failure bugs in Polygon zkRollup, and optimization of transaction fee mechanisms. He has contributed to notable projects, including the development of Ethereum Improvement Proposal EIP-7863.
